Prophecy: God Is Maturing the Prophetic Movement

As a leader in the prophetic movement, I want to say that God is maturing the prophetic movement for what He wants to do in this season of the church.

We, as prophets, need to be humble and answer the real questions that people are asking. Prophets are servants.

It’s biblical for your prophecies to be judged, especially if you are going to put them on social media. It’s actually great when people ask about “words.” Realize they don’t see the way you see; they may have questions.

Be kind and humble.

When a prophet is defensive to those asking real questions, it’s an indication that some internal work must be done.

We prophesy “by faith”.

We are not infallible.

It’s biblical to judge prophecy; stewarding your word should be important. You should not have an attitude toward those who ask you questions.

It’s a new day for the prophetic movement. God has raised up so many amazing mothers and fathers in the prophetic movement that have paid a price to move it forward. But somewhere with the explosion of the prophetic movement and social media, we saw a rise of people who have no accountability and brush off the wisdom of the fathers and mothers in the faith. Now they have the gifting but lack character.

On the other hand, I have met some of the most amazing, humble, full-of-the-Word prophets, who serve the body of Christ and the world the way Christ would.

Let’s not throw out the prophets and prophetic ministry. They are very important to God.

Know that God is working among us. He is maturing the prophetic movement. We are going to serve the church and the world with honor, love and the heart of Christ. {eoa}
