Faith needs to be practiced daily, in order to be perfected. Develop the habit of walking by faith, pursuing a disciplined life. Put your faith to good use, and it will grow. Do not overlook the importance of faith in living a life that pleases and honors the Lord.

HEART ISSUE: Have you spent any time in daily prayer and the reading of God's Word lately? In order to move in the higher places of faith, you will need to tend your faith like a garden, feeding and cultivating it each day.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, I thank you for giving me a measure of faith daily. In Your power, teach me to cast down the arguments that exalt themselves against the truth. Let me walk sure-footed in the higher place of faith, believing in Your promises that will never fail me. Amen.
Walking in the higher place of faith involves more than the performance of a few good deeds. Faith, especially the higher place of faith, involves our daily commitment to understand who we are in Christ and who He is in us. Our faith will naturally rise to the next level as we believe God and step out on the basis of our covenant relationship with Him.

God can turn the devastating circumstances of our human experience into opportunities to display His glory in the earth. The key is to trust what we know to be true about His nature and believe His Word in spite of how things may appear to us.

God is calling us not only to be mindful of our own salvation, but also to be sensitive to those around us—that we might encourage them in any way (by thought, word, or deed) to accept and follow Jesus.
